We’re thrilled to ship your order directly from our headquarters in San Diego!

We typically process and ship orders within 2 business days after you make your purchase.

Please bear with us during busy sale periods and new releases, as processing might take a bit longer.

For domestic deliveries, USPS standard shipping usually takes about 3-5 business days. Need it sooner? We offer expedited shipping options at checkout.

We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $50.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

We currently do not offer international shipping overseas.

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered! 

We accept returns of product shipped within the United States only. Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 21 days of purchase.

Please note: post/stud, hook and sleepers earrings cannot be exchanged nor returned due to hygiene reasons.

Return Instructions

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it back to Catnaps & Catnip within 21 days of your purchase for a full return.

There are two options for return/exchange:

• We will provide the return shipping label if requested. A $6 restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund.
• You can use your own shipping label to send back the label. No fee will be deducted if personal label is used.

Return Requirements

• Initiate your return within 30 days of delivery.
• Make sure the item(s) are unworn, unaltered, and undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
• Ship the item(s) back within 14 days of receiving return authorization.

Please note that sale items are all final sale.
